Larry Baumgardner Ext. 103

Larry Baumgardner, CCIM, is Principal of Dominion Healthcare Realty, LLC Founded in 1993, DAG has been a successful, top-ranked, San Antonio based commercial real estate brokerage, investment and development services firm. Since beginning his real estate career in 1972, Larry has held leadership positions in nearly every facet of the commercial real estate industry including early assignments as a commercial real estate broker and advisor. Later, he became Real Estate Administrator of Worldwide Facilities at USAA where he gained institutional commercial real estate experience working in almost all of the major metropolitan markets across the United States. He then founded his own full-service commercial real estate firm. Today, he continues to serve as principal of Dominion Healthcare Realty, LLC, a Baumgardner family owned and operated commercial real estate development and investment firm.

Through the years, Larry has successfully carried out business transactions with multi-billion regional, national and international companies involved with retail and consumer products, manufacturing companies and industrial projects, hospital and healthcare systems, financial institutions, government entities, restaurant companies, as well as insurance companies, law firms and CPA firms. He has led the process of site selection, acquisition, land entitlements, and the full vertical development of hundreds of millions of dollars in high value projects. These projects have included shopping centers, fast food pad/retail sites, residential subdivisions and land developments, professional office project, corporate headquarters, large school campuses, and healthcare facilities of every type (MOB’s surgery centers, clinics, etc.).

Larry’s formal education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Central Methodist University in Fayette, Missouri and a Master of Arts in Economics from Western Illinois University with Phi Kappa Phi membership and top of his class.
